Steadbase Limited ("Steadbase", "we", "us" or "our") is an investment management company incorporated in Nigeria. We identify, develop, and operate essential businesses across Nigeria.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or contacting us you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Nature of Our Services

Steadbase builds and operates essential businesses. We are not a financial institution, deposit-taking institution, or licensed investment adviser. All investment arrangements are governed by separate Private Investment Agreements.

4. Use of Our Website

You may use our website and Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misrepresent your identity, interfere with our systems, or attempt unauthorised access.

5. Investment Arrangements

All investment arrangements are governed exclusively by a signed Private Investment Agreement. Minimum investment is ₦100,000. Steadbase offers a fixed 30% per annum return paid at maturity. No equity or shareholding is transferred.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is the property of Steadbase or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Confidentiality

Information shared by Steadbase with prospective or existing investors is confidential and may not be disclosed without written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steadbase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steadbase from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Lagos.

Steadbase reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
