An investment with Steadbase is a private, fixed-return arrangement. It is not a deposit with a bank or licensed financial institution, not a publicly listed or regulated security, and not covered by the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).

2. Business and Operational Risks

Steadbase's ability to pay investor returns depends on the revenue generated by its operating businesses. Market conditions, supply chain disruptions, and operational challenges could affect performance.

3. Financial Risks

Capital is committed for the full investment term (typically 12 months). While Steadbase is committed to returning principal, there is a risk of loss in the event of severe business failure.

4. Regulatory and Legal Risks

The regulatory environment for private investment arrangements in Nigeria may change. Disputes can be time-consuming and costly.

5. Market and Economic Risks

Macroeconomic conditions including inflation, FX volatility, and broader economic cycles could adversely affect performance.

6. Information and Transparency Risks

Steadbase is a private company and is not subject to the same continuous disclosure obligations as publicly listed companies.

7. Fraud and Misrepresentation Risk

All investment transfers should be made only to Steadbase Limited's corporate bank account as detailed in the signed Private Investment Agreement.

8. No Guarantee of Returns

The 30% annual return represents our committed target. In extraordinary circumstances, returns may be delayed or impaired.

9. Investor Responsibility

By investing with Steadbase, you confirm that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure Statement in full and are investing only funds you can afford to commit for the full term.
